I had actually heard about Veterans United through another Veteran who had gone through the process with them when he had bought his home. When I was in the process of buying my house it was not an easy process. I mean due to not finding a house the first time around and then having to continue the process over a year due to having to renew my lease. But John and his team made it seem like nothing had every change from the last time we spoke and, he had also contacted me as to when I was going to start looking again. It felt like John and his team had taken the time to hear what I had to say and my concerns when it came to certain things because, I am a first time buyer. Which to me felt like they made the whole process go as smooth as possible because any question I had they were always willing to respond to it by phone or email. The other thing that I liked most about working with John and his team is that if I still have questions I can always contact them to have questions answered. I would definitely recommend any Veteran looking for a home to use Veterans United because they really do what they can to help Veterans out.

What's left to say? From first contact, to this final survey, we were treated with honor and respect! We were listened to in our thoughts and were always steered in the right direction!! No home buying horror stories here, FOR SURE!! The Veteran's United Team paired us with a wonderful realtor, Joe Lattanzio (at Russell Realty in Medina) and from there, all things were taken care of and explained all along the way. VU listened and explained where necessary. Joe, OMG, was sent to us through VU. We can HONESTLY say, we've never experienced the amount of respect and assistance we were given along the way. NO question was out of line or thought to be off kilter. I could rave on and on about the home buying process through Veteran's United, but, bottom line.... OH OH, VU sent us a beautiful door mat too...with WELCOME on it and The Weinbroer's. We just feel so blessed, and special!Veterans, these folks are here to help. We were made to feel like we were all that mattered to them.Sellers/Buyers, Joe Lattanzio is truly "one of the good guys"!! Picking either of these is a pure WIN WIN, for you!!!

Both Nick, and Kathy were wonderful. The entire team made the home buying process, as simple as possible. I am a disabled veteran, with PTSD; and am a recent widow; so I had moments when I was very emotional. I received nothing but care and understanding. I would highly recommend Veterans United to EVERYONE.
Subpar performance from Loan specialist. He had no knowledge of the area where I was purchasing my home and offered no help in trying to lower my financial impact with the house closing or purchase. Will NOT use again or recommend.
