Missed marital status details in the loan application, requiring much of the closing packet to be rewritten to include my spouse, and which prolonged the closing process by 2 hours waiting for paperwork to be corrected
Missed details on inspections until the last minute, incurring additional costs to have a repairman return and do work after already completing some other work.
The whole team was amazing and extremely easy to work with. Anything that was needed was done and quickly. Could not ask for a better team in a house buying process than this. Will highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
