I knew going in that this was going to be a journey. The housing market here in Denver is a little crazy right now. Once we found the right property and won our bid, is really when the magic started. We went under contract on September 1st and we closed on October 5th. Amber Brown and her team were in constant contact with me during that month and gave me timely updates. I had heard horror stories about purchasing a house and closing day. Well, it only took a month and closing day might have been an hour. Not as horrible as I had heard. Before I begin I want to say how thankful I am to Brandon and his team. Since the beginning of getting my preaporoval, I felt as if I was being treated as a valuable customer which was greatly appreciated. Every step of my home purchase was explained in great detail and I never felt overwhelmed at any point.
