Just like me, I'm sure you're reading these reviews and questioning their legitimacy. Trying to find the best team to work with during your refinance. I will say that I began down the road with another company and before I got to far I realized it just wasn't a good deal or a good team. I stepped back and told myself to find better. In comes Veteran's United. My team of Lucas and Jimmie were outstanding. They were able to answer all of my questions and did so immediately. Almost all of the process is electronic so review and signing is simple. I was able to secure an amazing rate and couldn't be happier with the terms. I've already recommended this team several times and will continue to do so. If you are a veteran like myself searching for a way to get yourself into a better loan or eliminate debt, then rest assure you found the team to get you there.

for the most part the experience was absolutely great I was a bit displeased at the underwriters need for me to resubmit the exact same paperwork several times and having to write a letter explaining how to read a child support payment history spreadsheet...… seems like that's something an underwriter should know how to do
I am grateful to Veterans United for making what seemed like a daunting task (buying a first home) quite easy.
I would recommend to be more engaged and communicate better before sending emails and links explain to the customer what you are sending them and briefly go over it. It was times that we received email asking to sign but we didnt know what we were looking at until we did research and ask the agent or someone else. Overall Mariano did a nice job small rooms of improvement but we would definitely recommend him to future homebuyers.
