The re-fi process was extremely easy; we are impressed not only with how smooth the process went from start to finish, but also with the VU website and handling everything entirely online and via text message. This is extremely convenient for those of us working full time. Then, having a mobile notary come to us at our convenience for wet signatures on the final documents - wow!!!
