Personally, my overall experience was fair, but could've been a lot better in a number of ways. (i.e.) having the best interest for the customer/client; especially, when acting on a situation that could cost the customer to come out of pocket for an unexpected expense. Being a first time HB, every dollar is accounted for, and when a loan officer fails to due his or her due diligence; unfortunately, it effects the client/customer in an unexpected way.

Don't bother with the other companies that rush to close the deal and score a sale. Veterans United is truly all about the needs of veterans. No rush, no fuss, just the best experience you will ever have.
I worked mostly with Jaclyn Shaw near the end and she was so nice and helpful and really helped explain everything for me so that we could get through it as easily as possible. Everyone on the team from the very beginning was very nice though, like Kyle Gardner who helped me figure out what all I needed to do to qualify for the loan and make sure I made it and got me a great deal with everything.
I couldn't imagine using any other company besides Veterans United. I always hear how much of a headache it is to buy a home and because of VU, it was a breeze. 10/10 will use them again for any future home purchases and recommend to my military family.
