Mike deserves recognition for what he does. He is very, very good at his job and he made this process as painless as it could be. He needs to be considered for a promotion or raise ahead of his peers. He was absolutely outstanding.

Travis ward was our loan specialist. He did absolutly more then we could ever have asked for he helped us understand what was going on with our loan and we did not have a thousand things to send in for our loan. The whole process went very smooth and quickly we started the process April 13, 2020 and closed May 13, 2020. Fastest home buying ever but worked out perfectly! We love our new home so much!
I want to mention Kat Simons also, she did a great deal of work for me and I so appreciate it. We experience a particularly rough time with the pandemic through my loan, so I know that must have had some affect, other than time and a couple glitches (with former mortgage holder, and an un-removed lien from title) that were not our fault - things went well.
