we were suppose to close on the second of december and could not close until the sixth of december, because of paperwork not being sent over. we were pre-approved in September and had a contract approved on september twenty-third, with almost two and a half months to get the paperwork completed in a timely fashion. i completed everything on my to-do list within twenty fours or less and made multiple phone calls to make sure i could assist in any way possible. i understand that my loan specialist went on maternity leave but her replacements, i believe there was two replacements dropped the ball on closing on time. the website was a very useful tool and the customer service was superb. the only thing i have to complain about was the delay in closing with so much time afforded for the process. i will recommend veterans united and will most likely use veterans united again.
