The overall process went smoothly, but VU was lacking at crunch time. They were not prepared at closing, my mortgage package was late to be delivered, had multiple errors, and closing took 4 hours to complete due to this.
Without Joe and his team we would have never been able to get into our new home. They kept us updated on all that was going on and what to expect.

We initially, were required to go through another lender to get the closing incentives. We quickly learned other lenders may do VA loans. I learned not all lenders truly take care of our veterans. I'm so glad we used Veterans United.
