The part of the VU process that makes everything so easy is their “to-do list”. Everything is transparent and straight forward. From the people to the process, this has been the best experience. I read a lot of reviews before going with an online lender and was a bit skeptical as all of the reviews were good- as in it felt that they could be paid or prompted- but I was more than wrong, they were hands down the easiest mortgage lender we have dealt with and will absolutely use them in the years to come (if I ever move again) and refer them to all of our veteran family and friends.
I have bought and sold and refinanced numerous times and The Enterprise VU Team has been absolutely the best. Not only extremely competent , but also very kind and generous with their knowledge and time. They've done several closings for me and I feel as if they are not just my loan specialists, but also my good friends!
