MUST USE!

Veterans United is great. This was the second time using Veterans United and will not use another company.
Thanks again!

Veterans United Home Loans! This is the second time I've used your service and both times it was Outstanding. The Veterans United Home Loans team has exceeded my expectations from initial contact to closing. Home buying can be frustrating however, the team kept me informed throughout the process. Buying a home may seem difficult but the Veterans United Home Loan Team made it look easy.

[Scene opens with a thunderous drumbeat. Screen fades in from black to a gritty, cinematic battlefield. Smoke rolls. A silhouette steps forward—not with a weapon, but with a folder marked “CLOSING DOCS.”]Narrator (gravelly, commanding voice):
“The mission was no cakewalk—credit ambushes, red tape minefields, and deadlines dropping like incoming fire. But Sergeant Vogt of the 101st Airborne doesn’t flinch. And neither does Veterans United Home Loans.”[Cut to fast-paced visuals: Mortgage specialists moving with tactical precision. Phones buzz. Documents drop like mission briefings. On-screen flash: ‘Clarksville, TN – Target Locked.’]Narrator:
“From Fort Campbell to Clarksville, this was more than paperwork. This was a mission. And when Sergeant Vogt called in support, Veterans United went full-send. No hesitation. No casualties. Just results.”[Shift to a powerful visual: Vogt, in ACUs, standing tall on the front porch of his new home. Keys in hand. American flag snapping in the breeze. Family at his side. Battle won.]Narrator:
“They outmaneuvered delays. Neutralized obstacles. And executed the closing with the kind of precision you’d expect from the Screaming Eagles.”[Final shot: Logo slams onto the screen—VETERANS UNITED HOME LOANS – Operation: Home Accomplished]Narrator (final beat, with pride):
“Sergeant Vogt. 101st Airborne. Clarksville, Tennessee. Mission complete. Veterans United didn’t just close the deal—they kicked ass doing it.”

Experience first-hand why 353,436 homeowners give us a perfect score!
Dan Davis, his team and Veterans United as a whole do an outstanding job. From simple things like clear and concise communication, to sending a gift basket for our dog whom we only mentioned one time months prior. They care about the folks they help and take pride in what they do, it shows.

Keep up the good work and thank you very much!

RUN! Do not walk RUN AWAY from Veterans United. My experience is they did not follow VA home loan underwriting requirements (removed co-borrower's income from loan application after it was initially entered) until I was persistent in writing it be added back. I also attached the VA home loan underwriting requirements showing exactly where the co-borrower's income was to be listed & verified. I had also called & confirmed this was correct with the VA. Would this not reflect a higher debt to income ratio???!!! I was told the initial loan estimate that included the Universal Residential Loan Application needed to be electronically signed even with incorrect information or they could not order a home appraisal. This in return would delay our closing deadline. I was told it only matters in the final closing documents. One of the items was how the title was to be listed (Joint Tenancy with Right of Survivorship). They removed checking & savings accounts we listed on our application WITHOUT tell us even though they had verified those banking accounts. They determined, after us asking multiple times, if a power of attorney was needed. They determined we needed a POA 2 days prior to closing at 3:00 pm when FedEx overnight cut off is at 5:00 pm. Did I mention the POA needed 2 witnesses, to be notarized, & given to FedEx within a 2 hour window after receiving it? I had to demand the loan application prior to closing after our Loan Officer, Tyler, told me those documents came from the closing company! This was sent to me at 5:00 pm prior to the closing day. After being assured corrections WERE made in fact they were not at the closing table. Our closing was moved from a Friday to a Monday due to flooding in Memphis & FedEx delayed delivery. I sent multiple emails asking for loan application to be corrected & explained prior to signed a multitude of attestations saying yes all information is accurate & correct. After over 4 hours of no answer on Monday's closing date & asking for a Closing Supervisor's contact information our loan officer, Tyler, told us he didn't have that information. I called Veterans United's main line & was immediately connected with a Closing Supervisor, Brad, who said he would check into it & get back with me. I called 30 minutes later & was told they could not change any information (including financial amounts) after funds had been wired to the closing company. They were "locked out" of the application. We would need to request the wire be refunded & this would put us back into underwriting, our interest rate would no longer be locked in & we would be in breach of contract with our sales contact with the seller. This was told to me 30 minutes prior to the closing attorney's office closing for the day. I WILL NEVER USE VETERANS UNITED AGAIN! I will gladly use a different lender with a slightly higher interest rate who has knowledge, customer service & above all integrity.

The entire team was easy to work with. The videos couples with VU team made a stressful process smooth. Communication was great and outreach to ensure we had everything we needed was excellent. I would work with you all again anytime.

Veterans United has the best people serving those who serve or who have served. Phenomenal team.

Chris, Jordan, and Emily were fantastic to work with. They made things super easy for me and answered every question insanely quickly and made the process extremely smooth. I can’t thank them or recommend them enough!

Veterans United makes home buying super easy. Me and my wife recently bought our first home and we were pretty nervous but they make it so easy and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone! Definitely the only Loan business I will ever use and continue to use.
