As a veteran and consumer I would highly recommend others to use veterans United home loans as there provider choice when it comes to securing a home alone. The people that work there that we have worked with both in our purchased seven years ago and again just recently refinancing our home I would use them again and highly recommend them.
Over all great experience , however my amazing agent crystal Washington towards the end of the loan took a WELL deserved vacation and her team who was left in charge of my account couldn’t match crystals ability to go above and beyond , kayla Clark did an ok job, not to pleased as how some of the files were handled in the end and it pushed my closing date back another week. Loan officer Jon Abernathy was left in crystals place and didn’t really go over the final disclosure with me to make sure i understood everything.
Would definitely recommend Veteran’s United over and over again.
