Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! The back and forth of establishing a close date was frustrating. Kevin was doing his best but your title company failed you miserably and repeatedly. I like Levin and felt like he was working for us and I definitely felt like the VA rate was better than the market.

I felt well taken care of throughout the home-buying process. Though I was not impressed with the first agent I was paired with, Veterans United definitely redeemed themselves with the second one. The folks I worked with were always willing to answer my myriad questions and were so gracious with my ignorance with buying a home. Matthew Reehl was the most amazing loan officer I could ever ask for. Cool, calm and collected. He knows exactly what to do like a 30 year pro. He made the process super simple and easy .
And his counter part Jared did his thing as well. These are the perfect due to work with when your looking for a new home. I can't say anything negative at all about these guys. To add to it they paired me with the greatest of all time realtor Mrs. Diana Jones . Man this woman is the exclamation mark. Amazing.. she knows her job and she is super committed to making your dreams come true. Literally working until 2am and sending documents over for me to sign. She is remarkable.
