No BS! If you are purchasing a new home, you need to "absolutely" hire Veteran's United. You will not be sorry. I have only used Veterans United to purchase my last two homes and they EXCEEDED all my expectations. Always there when I needed them. Oh so helpful. As you can tell I am VERY PLEASED with them ALL!
Veterans United did a great job. Up until the underwriting stage, I felt like communication was perfect and people were reaching out. I think the disconnect between my local Title company and the underwriters caused some minor confusion. In the end I though Veterans United did a great job being so far away. Kyle and his team were super professional, and you always felt like they were there to help you. The underwriting process felt somewhat disconnected and delayed through e-mails. Some e-mails feeling even short or less personal. I think this is common and many other I spoke to felt the same in this stage. Even those from other lending agencies. This was a way better experience than I thought it would be.

I was skeptical about where I wanted to live in the beginning but when my son showed me this house on the Zillow App and begged me to go look at it on a Sunday afternoon I'm glad I gave in to him and made arrangements to look at it and it had the perfect lay out for what I wanted to invest in and now that we haven't been able to relax yet I know I will enjoy everything about it when I get finished moving in. Just refinanced with VU - the experience was outstanding! Absolutely, no complaints! VU handled my original mortgage. When I saw an opportunity to refi, I shopped around but could not find a company that was better than VU. Others "fast talked" and promised great rates, but there was always something hidden in the numbers. They were not up front, detailed, and honest like VU. VU even went the extra mile to assist with retitling my home in my family trust. These folks are the "real deal"! They understand that they get more business by being honest, professional, and fair to Vets.
