I was skeptical about where I wanted to live in the beginning but when my son showed me this house on the Zillow App and begged me to go look at it on a Sunday afternoon I'm glad I gave in to him and made arrangements to look at it and it had the perfect lay out for what I wanted to invest in and now that we haven't been able to relax yet I know I will enjoy everything about it when I get finished moving in. Pre approval process is easy and fast however final approval underwriting is needlessly difficult and requires lots of patience to navigate through until completion
I had a really great experience working with Allison. From the beginning, she was super responsive, easy to talk to, and always made herself available whenever I had questions (which was a lot). She explained everything in a way that actually made sense and never made me feel overwhelmed during the process.What I appreciated most is how on top of everything she was. I never had to chase her for updates, and I always felt like she genuinely had my best interest in mind.
