As a first time home buyer, they made the process as smooth as possible for my husband and I. We always knew what was expected from us and if I had a question, it was answered promptly! I worked with Kindra during our process of building our credit up to purchase, Ginny as our loan officer and Brett as our loan coordinator. I can't say enough about this team! They worked with my husband and I from start to finish and made us feel like family. This is an experience I will remember fondly for the rest of my life. This is my first house and I had no idea how how many moving parts there were. Starting with Brad, then Jamie, and finally Chad, the entire process was well explained and fairly easy to follow. The team was always available to answer my many questions and assuage my worry over potential problems. They consistently responded to calls and texts in a timely manner. I especially appreciated Chad and Jamie's guidance when we discussed interest rates and how that worked. All in all, I would highly recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking for a home.
