Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! I enjoyed working with Dustin and his team. They were very nice, professional, and easy to work with. They made the entire process a pleasure, and I truly appreciated the patience they had with me throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and positive home-buying experience.
Only issue was someone ordered the appraisal late & caused a delayed closing. It all shook out Ok though.

All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Hannah Liebhart and her entire team , Lauren Sprague, Emily Gandy, Kole Berry, and others I am sure behind the scene, did an outstanding job again....what a team effort.Precise execution of loan processing, and all upstream and downstream processes. I am my own reason for deciding on a 9 versus a 10. Because of my ineptitude for using my smartphone and doing things technically, it was harder for me than I'm sure it would be for most people. Therefore, my only suggestion is that in that there are things like MS-DOS for dummies, etc perhaps your format can be Veterans United for dummies, LOL. That said, I would highly recommend Veterans United for anybody wanting to move their VA loan or to initiate a new one.

Poor communication internally led to delayed closing. Not all options were communicated to us as buyers. Very disappointing experience
