At the start, I had some semblance of what I wanted, however was a bit apprehensive initially just because of my unfamiliarity with the home buying process. I HAVE TO SAY that my loan officer and his team’s timely responsiveness to answer my questions and guide me through the process boosted my confidence in doing this to the point where it felt so simple and I was never lost at any point along the way
My VU was on top of everything to make sure we closed on time. They were all professional and I loved how they were my personal cheerleaders rooting for me and congratulating me. I will recommend VU to all my veteran family and friends.
