Extremely easy process, communication from Veterans United was well above expected. This was our third home purchase and the first time we used Veterans United. I’ve been a USAA member for over 20 years and used them for our first 2 home purchases. We were not satisfied with our last home purchase with them so decided to try something different on this home. Night and Day difference. Our Team aka “Jessica Messing” with Veterans United was amazing. She was very quick to respond to any questions and contacted us immediately if she needed anything from us. The document process was incredibly easy. We will definitely use them for any future purchases.
