I was skeptical about where I wanted to live in the beginning but when my son showed me this house on the Zillow App and begged me to go look at it on a Sunday afternoon I'm glad I gave in to him and made arrangements to look at it and it had the perfect lay out for what I wanted to invest in and now that we haven't been able to relax yet I know I will enjoy everything about it when I get finished moving in. Thank you Veterans United to make my dreams come true. God Bless us all and our Country.

Veterans United is top notch for sure! From the loans process to the special appreciation gifts extended to me, I am so grateful I worked with them to secure my home loan. Eric Johnson, Brittany Miller, and Brittany Lucy are a fantastic team and it is very apparent they have the veteran's best interest in mind every step of the way. Not once did I ever feel alone or left out of the loop. I could call Eric Johnson or Brittany Miller at any time of the day or week (or weekend) for answers to my questions or concerns. I always felt they would work extremely hard to ensure I received answers. They added a sense of "fun" to this home buying journey and for that I appreciate them! Then whole team was awesome, specially Dustin with my many phone calls and obstacles , the gifts sent for my girls , my package ! I was totally clueless about everything and these wonderful folks went above and beyond to give me a opportunity i though was impossible . ill always be grateful for the opportunity they provided. Seriously guys thank you so so much its the best feeling in the world to know I have a home for my beautiful family and it wouldn't been possible with out yal . I highly recommend each team member ! Veterans United should focus on assisting there customers and not just pushing documents to finalize the closing of a home. Veterans United should do more of focusing on what in the best interest of the customer and not solely on the betterment of the company.

Buying a home should feel like you have a team in your corner, not like you’re being pushed through a process. When communication breaks down or things feel rushed, it can absolutely come across as though the focus isn’t where it should be.

Our goal is always to guide and support our borrowers, making sure decisions are clear and in your best interest. It’s disappointing to hear that wasn’t your experience, and I appreciate you being candid about it.
