Shane, Jake and the rest of the team that we worked with to get the job done were an incredible group. They were on top of everything within minutes of any notification. A well put together group, I would recommend UV’s to any vet looking to close on a property.

Overall, a great experience. This is my 2nd time using Veteran’s United and if I buy another house with the VA loan, there will be a 3rd. John and his team, excluding Brendan, are great at what they do and I recommend them to anyone in my personal circle using a VA loan.
Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! Everybody involved was very accomodating especially since this was my first home purchase. Made it seem very seamless but im willing to bet they were hustlin and bustlin to get me in this house so fast.
