Everyone was very helpful and coordinated together as a team and made the process as simple as possible
Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I started with asking my my old officer if the current offer online was the best VU had. He said it was the best he had. I then went to comeptitors and informed him I found several with better rates. VU came back with an that only looked extremely strong at the start but got worse as the progress of my refinance went along.

There needed to be just a little better communication between Veterans United and our title company. Especially concerning payoff of the our previous mortgage through VU and current mortgage that we just closed on with VU. However overall they were awesome to work with. They checked in frequently with us to ensure we didn't need any assistance with anything throughout the process of completing new mortgage.
The easiest transition of home buying my wife I have ever experienced. We have purchased 4 other homes. I am 78, my wife 75. We have never been so closely connected to the buying process as we have through Veterans United! Thank you so much TEAM
