Matt, Travis, and Rebecca and our own buying agent Alicia were all very tight and very easy to contact. Responses, not much to improve in this area…. It was great.The software that supports the Veterans United home loans is first class … easy signin, easy to navigate for the customer.

We were first-time homebuyers but with the VU team's thorough assistance and communication, the entire homebuying process went off without a hitch! We'd recommend them to any homebuyers.
The minute we contacted Veterans United and Nina was assigned as our loan officer she contacted us and spoke with us about our needs and financial status. Nina would keep in touch with via text, phone and email and was always updating us on the our loan status. Nina would even run numbers for us when we asked and would call us and go over those numbers with us. The whole team was amazing !!!!!
