The team was great! The only complaint is I did not receive my final numbers until the late afternoon the day before closing. That created an issue with wiring the funds which evolved into a bigger issue involving the seller and the closing on his new property.Other than that, Ryan was great along with the team. I would use him again.
This was the best place team for me to finally get my home. I am extremely greatful for the support and guidance from Ryan Sherman and Hope Smith. They were patient with me and were always available to answer my questions, even after work hours and weekends. I did not have to wait long for a response, and that helped give me the confidence to finally close the deal. William was the only bright spot about the process. Amber Jobs and the lady that did the underwriting are absolutely horrible and should no longer be employed. I almost walked away from the process after the second time talking with amber. William reached out and smoother things over.
Also, this is America why do i need to justify moving. The whole process this time as an already customer was tedious and unnecessary. Your underwriting made equifax call Veterans United to make sure I was current. It's your own damn company. Who does that.
I used to recommend you, never again.

Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! When I decided to use my VA Loan, Scott Beasley was the representative who was assigned to me; he is great. From applying for the loan to closing, everything was so easy and flawless. If you called with a question he would return your call. He and his whole team are true professionals.
2nd time working with VU, specifically due to Jodi and her support on my loans. I met Curtis from her team and together they really helped secure our new home quickly. This is by far the best mortgage loan process I’ve ever experienced. Veterans United have streamlined the whole loan process reducing a lot of the stress and confusion associated with VA mortgage loans.
