Cynthia listened and paid attention to all of the needs for my unordinary situation. She made everything work. Seems she was even there after hours , during off time and while under the weather. Always friendly, courteous and kind and Landon was as well a big help. Wish everyone was such a pleasure to work with.

Jamie Hughes and his team were outstanding. They communicated frequently and I never had to wonder where we were in the process. If I had any questions --and I had lots-- I could email Jamie directly or text him and the loan team on the group chat he created and I was always given a prompt response. Veterans United was amazing and I have already recommended them to my best friend, a fellow veteran, looking to buy a house!

As a first time home buyer, I definitely would recommend Veterans United. They where easily accessible and explained the process. From start to finish, they were by my side. They truly put veterans first.

If you have the ability to use the VA Home Loans for Veterans United; this is a must and the only way to go!With High Regards;

Very professional and their staff has a lot of experience!

My mother always told me buying a home was tedious and aggravating. I've never called my mother a liar, but Veterans United makes me want to challenge her claim!

It was a great process, super easy to complete everything with the to-do list. I wish about a week out that the loan-agent and I talked out all options like buying down the interest rate and stuff like that. but overall it was easy and we're very happy

Carly Ogan was incredible. She made things happen quick, fast, and in a hurry. I would highly recommend this team to anyone because they are amazing and excellent at what they do.

Everyone we worked with was so fantastic. In addition to Jasmine and Mystle, we also had great correspondence with Collin and Brian. I wish VU ran all veterans services. Other than the lifelong friends I made, this is the first good thing that has ever come for me out of being in the Army. Thanks for being on our side.

I didn’t see a spot for Caitlin Goodwin, but she was phenomenal at keeping me in the loop and sending me every email I could ask for!

The only negative experience throughout this entire process was validating / projecting future income. As a soon to be retired veteran, I wanted to plan ahead and purchase a property that made sense for our family. The frustrating portion was projecting my future income. My disability pay would not be considered, and I was required to produce verifiable documentation that I would be employed at a minimum of $48,000 per year. This amount is a fraction of what I am capable of earning, and at the end of the day the word of a third party was acceptable verification, instead of my word, and credit profile that I was not only willing but capable of fulfilling my financial obligations.

I had to work on rebuilding credit and I wasn't able to get pre-qualified the first time. The credit team offered suggestions and I rebuilt my credit enough to get approved. I am now a first time homeowner and very proud. Thank you VU!!!
