The reason why I gave then 8 was because I never talked to the realtor that united recommended me the realtor called me once and I called him more than 5 times and never got with him.

We started shopping for a mortgage with USAA. Their customer service was lacking so we checked out VU. Not only did we get a better rate through them but their customer service was some of the best we've experienced.
Tim langdon and Diana Ess gave great customer service. They both were very responsive when I called and had questions, if I left a message on there machine or emial they would reply in a timely manner and explained everything with pleasure and detail.
Veterans United was easy to work with, enjoyed the process.
