I'm a mtg processor and I was concerned where I was taking my business. Veteran united makes the process go easy. They give you a checklist online to upload your documents. You know what stage your file is in every step of the way. If you have questions my loan officer and his team were very knowledgeable. This was such an easy process. Rates were great too! If your on the fence you've got to use Veteran United Hands down!

My experience with Veterans United was very positive. VU is quick, courteous, professional, and they know their craft! Expect to be escorted through the home buying experience by a seasoned professional!
If there was more timely communication, we would have recommended Veterans United and scored higher overall on the satisfaction scale. Seeing as we needed to get our rate locked in again(ie process took greater than 45 days) it felt as if the process took longer than expected.

From Pre- Approval to Closing Veterans United did an AMAZING job in helping us get into our first home. Our loan specialist (Daniel) was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, we had a great experience from the time we picked up a phone and want to become 1st time homebuyers. Our loan officer answered our questions throughly and took us through every step of the homebuying process. The To-Do List was easy and simple to use from uploading documents to verifying information quickly allowing us to complete these things in our time on a busy schedule. There was a lot of paperwork involved but it was worth it in the long run.
