I’ve only took the time to respond to these type of surveys because most of the time it was not worth my time about the poor service I received. However, the service I received from your agent Josh Bowles was outstanding in the hold process. He returns my call in a timely manner, and answered my questions and kept me informed about process of my loan application. It made me feel as through my loan request was more important than his commission. I am very pleased.
I highly recommend veteran homebuyers to do research prior to committing to one particular loan agency. Buying a home is an incredibly stressful process so make sure to ask plenty of questions. Please don’t assume, and communicate with the home buying team on a regular basis to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
