When we first applied my credit was low and their light house department helped me get pre-approved, I never felt like they were always right there. After that Bronson and Windsor, our loan team, ensure the process never hit a hitch. The answered each call, text and email professionally and never made me feel ignorant. Their preferred real estate agent, William Davis, was one of the most friendliest agents we have ever met. He was truly on our team showing us every house we wanted to see, no matter the schedule. He helped us decide what really matter in a house and things to look out for, red flags in the houses. As he told us we needed to find a place that was home not a home that would "work", he felt like family during the whole process. In the end we found home, and stayed stress free because of each person in the process. Thank you for everything.

AWESOME!!! The whole process was quick and easy, including underwriting! We have both purchase home's in the past. The processing of uploading docs, electronic signatures and checking items off once completed was great!!We will be referring Veterans United Home Loans to any and all veterans!
The loan application and approval process was very smooth. The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate (high speed / low drag). Providing the requested documents was extremely easy and efficient online, and checking up on and following the progress of my loan all the way through to closing was very clear and easy to keep on top of.

Difficult to get a hold of anyone in a timely manner. This proved difficult for time sensitive items. Once cleared to close it appeared getting the paperwork to the title company no longer was a priority which delayed the closing by 3 days.
