What’s the point of doing a VA no money down loan if you end up having to put down 2,500? I had asked over a month ago about including the closing cost in the loan and was told that could be done, what happened to that plan???!!!

Thank you for your questions John. The $0 money down VA loan is often misunderstood. Each Veteran utilizing the VA loan may still have some out of pocket costs associated with closing or finalizing the loan, though a down payment is not required in most purchases.
