Great service!
It was great until the end and our documents were not ready for closing and no one communicated with us. It cost us a half day off work when it was supposed to be an hour of our time. We were cleared for close, every one knew of our closing and your company sent a draft of our closing documents to our closer the afternoon before. Then you started refiguring taxes after all that, further delaying closing. Not one person from your company apologized or even reached out. We will never use you again. When asked why our closing documents weren’t ready on time, I was told it was out of their hands and was the closing person on your ends fault, but no eta, no apology. Total joke.
