

I am pretty upset with my overall experience with this company. When my realtor enlisted VU, I began working with Charlie. He was great and very responsive. Half way through my home buying process, he handed me off to Kat who, at first, was good. However, as things progressed, I would try to reach out to her with questions and inquiries and receive absolutely no response. It came to the point that I had no idea of what my closing costs were at the time of my closing date. The title company didn’t even receive their paperwork until several hours prior of their close of business. This is completely unsatisfactory and makes me question whether I should recommend this company to others.

Veterans United are pros. A one stop shop for buying a home.I was skeptical at first but every review i read online showed that they were legit. The whole process was smooth once I let them drive. After all, they are the pros. With the online app you stay updated at all times. Follow thier lead and you will be the happiest home owner around.

I highly recommend Veterans United and especially Mystle Schellhorn. The VA loan process can be cumbersome with all the documents that are needed to process this type of loan. Mystle has this process down to a science.
