From the beginning to the end of this process they made me feel so comfortable, both was very knowledgeable of their job, I had questions they had answers, their line of communication was all ways open, using todays technology if I called they answered, if I texted they texted back, if I email they email back, if I faxed they responded (Got it), in todays world it can be very annoying to try to communicate with someone and have to wait for a respond, I didn't experience that with Kevin or Abbey. From the minute I made the phone call and was pre approved the process was painless and simple they asked for documentation you submitted them 1,2,3 done.
I had more stress dealing with a v.a appraiser then I did getting the loan. I swear it was easier then buying a car and getting a car laon.
Luke made the loan process so simple and easy and worry free that I kept waiting for some kind of issue and there never was it just seemed to easy to believe. But here I am in my new home.
I started this in July and the first home fell through to a horrible v.a appraiser so by the end of July begining of August i found the next home and a few weeks later it was closing time and now the big move.
