The worst part of the process was that there were renters in the house. Our real estate agent had to work with another reality agency in the area Bridge reality. What should have been only a 2 month wait extended to almost 6 months, thanks to the renters and damage they had done to the house due to neglect etc, and the bridge reality wanting to be friendly to the renters and gave them lots of time to find themselves a place to move to.
I have had two very good e experiences with them. I would recommend them!
