Our loan process with Veterans United was by far the easiest and least stressful home buying experience we have had. Combined, this is our 6th home purchase. Chris Lunn was extremely helpful, and answered all questions completely. He presented all options available, which was helpful in making informed decisions. Greg Fallert was our loan coordinator, and kept everything on track and provided regular updates. He also sent regular status reports to the builder and our realtor to make sure required documents were submitted on time. This enabled us to meet the deadline and close on time.Everyone we dealt with was professional and personable, creating an awesome working relationship. Many argue that I could have done it all my own and that I didn’t need a team.
