From the moment I decided to start looking for a home until it was over. He was very great with communicating and assuring that I was able to understand every part of the process.Paul DiCicco was the BEST, he was very patient and showed a lot of understanding and empathy during my search for my home. I came into this process not knowing exactly what I wanted or where to start. He guided me and was ALWAYS available to help me with questions, and he was always available to schedule home viewings. Some may say “well that’s his job” and it is. But Paul was a huge part of my home buying process and he was there for me each and every step of the way. With out him, this could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience. But it wasn’t, he communicated with me even when I was not sure what to ask. He made sure we found what I was looking for and he was available to assist me while he worked around my hectic work schedule. This was an amazing experience. Prior to meeting him, I had 2 real estate agents and they made me feel that this wouldn’t be possible because I didn’t have a huge savings when I started my process, one of the previous agents refused to show me homes until I had a certain amount of money in my account. With Paul, we worked together for 6 days on that 6th day we found my forever home. I’m very grateful to have such amazing person to help me with this process. He was honest, and made me aware of what I needed before taking the next steps. Paul is the man to go to if you want someone that gets things done and that will guide you the whole way through!

We can't believe we were so fortunate to have Derek, Jill, Jake, and Barno as our team of professionals during our cross-country move. Each person had their own area of expertise, and they all worked extremely well together to calm our fears and make the entire experience run smoothly.
