While they are very thorough in their process, the website is nice I always felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman The number is changed so frequently even up to the hour on closing I feel like they were trying to put more money in their pocket and not save me money as a veteran but they use the name Veterans United when it doesn't feel that way.
We utilized Veterans United for our initial purchase & for our refinance. We have had nothing but positive experiences on both accounts.
