Buying a home is a very stressful process to go through to begin with. But thinking about having to deal with your lenders over the phone ONLY, makes it even a little more intimidating knowing I cant just walk into a local branch an talk to my lender. But our experience with Veterans United was amazing! Our loan team made everything very easy and smooth along the way. Not one time did we ever feel like we were left in the dark not knowing what exactly was going on. It didnt matter how many questions or how many times we had questions our loan officer always made us feel important and was very friendly. If everyone I knew was eligible for a VA home loan I would recommend Veterans United 150% of the time, you will not be disappointed.
Buying our first home was a long process and we really had no idea what to do or what to expect. There were some hiccups along the way but Max and his team kept us in the loop and made sure we understood the whole process. They were really, truly wonderful and easy to work with.

I would not recommend this company since they seem to not understand how VA loans work or they conveniently forget things that are pretty important. They ask for the same documents several time and don't seem to really care that miscommunications affect their customers and that it is okay if you have to pay for the mistake. I will say this, in the end I was able to close on my home and they did come through with some incentive that would have gone unused had I not told them my situation. I would say if plan on using this loan company be prepared to be frustrated and disappointed, but maybe my situation falls in the 10% of unsatisfied customers.
From start to finish, Veterans United made our dream a reality. There was never a questioned unanswered, a call or email ignored. I don't know of any suggestion I could make to improve our experience, it was top notch.

Without a Veterans United Home Loan we would have never been able to purchase our first home which is a dream come true for our family. We loved how everything that needed to be signed was done electronically. Yes there was a LOT to read and sign but it was so well worth the time to become home owners.
