Website was very accommodating to the computer challenged - yes... me!Had no fear, or anxiety my personal specialist answered my questions and concerns almost immediately.I wish I had known about Veterans United sooner! People need to understand the process because it is not a simple signing of a document and then you’re good to go. United Veterans is fantastic in explaining the process in order to ensure smooth completion of home loan documents. Our mortgage loan officer, Derek Kriegshauser was easily reached by phone or with a quick return of a message. When we transitioned to transition coordinator Matt Brandt, the same was true! United Veterans has worked with us on our initial home loan and again when we refinanced. I don’t think we could have done better! My husband and I are typically skeptical and we truly felt safe and secure with how our finances were managed! We would definitely recommend this company for anyone whether a veteran or not!
My entire family and myself, lived for 42 yrs in town of Paradise Ca, until last year November 08 18, when the largest fire in Ca history wiped out our entire town, killing 86, & taking everything anyone owned. Complete devastation, like Hiroshima. It really got to me, still does, But, VU, rescued me from utter hopelessness and got me a home back in Kansas, where I'm from. Never faltering, Vu, took me home.
