Our experience with Veterans United could not have been better in any way. Everything was fantastic. The only issue we had was that one document had to be obtained at the last minute which the underwriter caught. In my opinion, it should have been caught sooner. Due to this situation, the closing was pushed back by 7 days so that we could obtain the document that was needed.On the plus side, Mr. Pitts pushed the closing documents through his chain of command so that we could close within the next 7 days without delay. That was fantastic.
