This is the second time using Veterans United Home Loans and just like the first time, it was an easy and smooth process. The team was fantastic and the online process makes everything so easy. I have been able to rely on them for this to be a process where an email comes in and a follow up calls come thought letting me know I have some papers to e-sign. So easy.
Working with everyone was amazing. It would get a bit frustrating with the “TO-DO” list because it felt never ending and because we didn’t really have everything at our fingertips as the bulk of our information and documents are with our house hold goods that we didn’t have at the time. That, combined with being stuck in hotels for the last 2 months, and my getting into the battle rhythm of my new position is challenging enough. The team assigned to me was great though. Thank you isn’t enough to express the gratitude my Ohana and I have for each of you busting o’kole to help us close on our MN home.

WOW! You guys are really on the ball :-) I was a bit skeptical at first about all the favorable reviews I saw online. Well, after experiencing it myself, I'm a believer. What an OUTSTANDING job in simplifying what is traditionally a very cumbersome process. It's hard for me to single out any "one" individual because as a "team", you hit it out of the park. Nice job! Oh, and by the way, I normally don't like doing reviews, but I was actually looking forward to this one. Sorry for the delay in getting it back to you.
