I know that people get very busy during the day, But I would recommend return phone calls.Other than that I would absolutely recommend your company to fellow veterans.
When we started looking into buying a home, some friends and family had told us how difficult and painful the home buying process is, and how VA loans were the worst of them all! Veterans United is an amazing organization. As a first time home buyer and 100% disabled veteran the home buying process occasionally was a bit overwhelming. The ONLY thing that helped keep me sane (besides my Wife) was the TEAM from Veterans United. They took as much time as needed to answer my questions and explain everything about the process in detail. Honestly if it hadn’t been for these guys I would have gone off the rails on numerous occasions, my VU team was fantastic and I would very strongly recommend them to any vets looking to purchase a home.
