This is my 2nd time dealing with Vu. They have been a pleasure to deal with and make the whole process as easy as possible.👍🫡
My primary complaint to VU is that they did not communicate early enough with the Title company resulting in me having to pay an unexpected $5k near closing. This was not Chris's fault, however, the business process itself is inefficient and needs to be fixed or else more people like me will receive quotes that arent even remotely close. The positives are the VU worked with me given my special circumstances and was understanding during negotiating. VU made it possible for my wife and I to secure our dream home and I won't forget how understanding they were given my situation. I am a customer for life as long as I am treated like a valued customer which I was.
