Our loan officer did an incredible job of guiding us through the process from our first contact to our last. I always felt well taken care of by Kirk and the Veterans United Team. Buying a home can be a daunting task, but the way the team treats their clients makes everything so much easier. I very much appreciate the user portal and how intuitive they made it. Every time a document needed signing or they needed more information, there was no ambiguity on what was needed or how to get it done. The team also did a great job of keeping me informed on the status of my application and was terrific during the underwriting process. I can't say enough nice things about the team at Veterans United!

The only good thing I can say is they help fix my credit to buy a house everything thing else sucked

The only drawback was that no one knew ahead of time that as a veteran I needed at least 6 years of valid service to qualify for a GI loan now.
I thank them from the bottom of my heart for working with me on my first home purchase.

I had no idea that a simple call to refinance would be handled as quickly and thoroughly. I had very little effort on my part turn into a fantastic and quick outcome thanks to Alice and Neko. I had no idea this would be so quick and effortless for me.
I loved working with this company and especially using Theresa. She went above and beyond. I 100% reccomend her! Moving and home buying is stressful enough, it was nice to have someone on your side making it easy for you.
Everything was okay until the end then everything turn in to a cluster bomb. Most stressful days of my life definitely going to rethink buying in the future.
