Our loan specialist (Darin Jobe) and his team made sure we were in the know about everything and gave us ample time to provide any documentation needed for processing of the loan. Very good communication: all questions were answered quickly. The refinance process was simple and my mortgage is now with Veterans United instead of Wells Nogo!

This experience is exceptional for Veterans!
Poor communications caused a 1 week delay in our closing, which in turn caused a delay in our sellers home purchase by a week. The seller then requested additional funds from us at closing for the delay. Veterans United did adjust to compensate for our additional cost and we are thankful for this.
