It's the best team I've worked with on two occasions now for a home purchase and a refinance. It feels like a team that you can trust and believe in what they are telling you. I've had poor experiences with other companies where the communication lacked and I felt like I was talking to one person that was always too busy. If I emailed Joel or Chris, I knew that they would respond and follow up with me.

As in any area,theirs always room for improvement . All though I do highly recommend this loan team.
Things to work on is communication with the whole team. If ahead time you do plan on an absence. Make sure you check your email once and awhile to make sure everything is correct.
Allot things were set and done,then you come back it was like the domino effect with everything crumbling down. Catylyn did a darn good job providing the services I needed with the stress I was facing. Make sure Catylyn gets a nice dinner.
