When I first started the home searching process I met with a random realtor to look at a property and when I said I was pre-approved with Veterans United she replied to not go through with it because she had heard bad things as well as she had clients that a loan through VU fell through at the last minute.
I am SO glad that I did NOT listen to that person because I had nothing but the opposite and I had the BEST experience ever! Veteran’s United truly made our crazy home buying situation so easy! They were on top of their stuff and were able to have us all squared away and ready to close on our house so fast! Our loan officer Stephen was so quick to respond to us and answer any questions we had. We felt like he became apart of the family! I just figured that everything was gonna be a lot harder than it was. We had a few hurdles that we were up against and it didn’t seem to take long at all to overcome them.
