Our Loan Team guided us through the process as first time VA Loan Homebuyers. We had bought with conventional mortgages before but this had some more specific twists and turns with which we were not as familiar. Todd and Ben made sure we had the info to gather everything we needed. This mortgage process took a little longer than we anticipated but apparently all government backed loans go through a more arduous vetting system now after the loan crisis from 10 years ago and that is justifiable. The good news is that you will have the support you need from Todd and his team and hopefully the same happy result that we had in purchasing our new home.
