




I kept telling them that the documents they were sending me were wrong. Victoria kept telling me "Sign it. we'll fix it in the final documents". They didn't. What are you going to do the day before closing when you find out that things you had been told would not be part of escrow are?

This was the 8th house I have purchased, bit was by far the. Smoothest Loan process of all of them. Also the first time I had used my Veterans benefit.

Underwriting process was a little bit nerve racking other than that, Matt and Kayla were outstanding great to work with and very patient.


I’ve actually already have done this and will continue to do so.

I did my homework on other companies for veterans and in the process came across this company. I am so glad that I did because of the extremely informative information that was readily available for veterans and extremely easy to understand. So to start I would say great marketing strategies.

I was a bothered by the fact that I didn’t know how much I had to have for closing until the day before closing. I understand processes and procedures but I think this could have been addressed differently. Not mad at all but it would have relieved some pressure to know earlier

Friendly and very patient during the whole process.

Michael my va rep was very informative in all matters. And assisted me through the whole process in which he expressed greatly by answering any questions I had during and after work hours. Which to me shows the outstanding professionalism of his character going above and beyond his assigned duties in order to help me a veteran. Would I recommend him and his team.

It was comforting working with an organization that specialized in VA Loans. They knew all the requirements and had all the answers to our questions.

The only compliant (more of a suggestion for improvement) I have is to have 24/7 availability. it's nerve-racking as the buyer in a market which sees homes go on and off the market in less than a day... not to be able to reach the loan team.
