Do not use Weeks and Irvine law firm, they prioritize clients last. They drag their feet on making simple corrections to POA's, and make mail aways a difficult process. Personally speaking they shouldn't have been paid remotely what they made. The buyer and loan specialist shouldn't have to monitor the law firms progress and call them constantly to remind them to do their job.
What to know the secret to great service? Availability. if a client can't reach his/her representative or agent, then a client is lost, therefore, the deal is lost. But with Veterans United, you get Availability. Every moment, every day, any time, I get answers to everything I ask. They simplify the grueling process as much as possible. Consistently ensuring there is no confusion and my needs were met at all times. Overall, even with a hiccup through the process, I would use VU again. Your ease of uploading documents and communication through your app was above par. I have never had such an easy time uolading documents and being able to keep have instant status updates daily.
Veteran’s United had by far the best customer service of all the mortgage companies I’ve dealt with. Ultimately the decision to go with VU was because of their teamwork and round the clock correspondence.
