Jenny was a new loan officer to us from just 3 years ago, but she was every bit as good. Very attentive, communicated very quickly and easily and had great follow-up.
The overall experience was great. The loan team was attentive and responsive throughout the process. My only regret is there wasn't an option to relock the loan rate after it dropped signficantly. My Credit Union offered that option, but I stayed with VU due to the outstanding customer service.
