Overall not impressed with the customer service. My first experience with Veteran's United was very good, but this time is was much worse. The lack of professionalism, ignoring my emails, and failure to pay attention to the details was very frustrating at times. I felt like I had to run the process at times and that is not how it is supposed to work.

It felt almost too easy! I can't believe I am able to buy such a nice house with such a low interest rate at my age! The site is easy to navigate and clean. The teams that work with you are friendly, reliable, professional, and most of all work to make sure you are satisfied with the loan terms. I could always count on them to bug me when I was dragging my feet on paperwork or needed an answer on something. I am very happy I chose Veterans United!
