Overall the process went well. There were a few wrinkles/snags in the process, nothing that was controllable or fault of Jared and his team. Jared was easy to reach and always available to answer any questions I had. Would recommend Veterans United and Jared to anyone.Thank you,Tyler
I would recommend the Veterans United in person instead of online not enough personal attention, exclamation or communication.
Response from Veterans United
Thank you for your honest response Michael. We are proud of the online loan approval process we've built, but completely understand the comfort of face-to-face communication as well. We offer many local branch options to best be able to serve Veterans in the manner to which they prefer.
Thank you to Jamie Roof, Carma Bittle, Joe LoPiccolo, and all of the underwriting, finance, and research teams for the expedient and exceptional work on meeting my ridiculous deadlines.
Be prepared to fill out lots and lots of paperwork and upload lot and lots of documents. Also, you will pay thousands of dollars in fees just to get the loan.
Response from Veterans United
Barbara, thank you for the advice you've shared for other Veterans. VA loans do require some documents that other loan types do not require, but the benefits of the VA loan typically outweigh the additional documentation for most Veterans. Our Client Advocate team is happy to discuss any aspects of your home purchase with you.
If your looking for a home loan or a refinancing look no further Veterans United will help you with all your needs
Clay has an exceptional team. Lacey, who we dealt with on a regular basis, is the best. Veterans are very fortunate to have someone like her helping them through the whole home buying experience.
i would recommend this company to everyone. All the personnel we worked with were polite and caring. Answered all questions and concerns promptly. There a great company to work with. .Thanks to all at veterans home loans
I can't believe I paid off all my credit cards and my mortgage went down that's a winner in anybody's book.

Veterans United And Angie Sanders is your best bet to achieve your dream! She walked me through the process and Helped me out with my financial issues fo find the right priced loan for my budget! I highly respect the amount of Time and Effort that this loan took to complete! Thanks Again And Kudos to Angie Sanders for her help! Respectfully Yours; Douglas S Oakes
My husband and I had an awful experience with our last lender, Mr. Cooper, while trying to complete the streamline loan. My father-in-law referred us to Veterans United. I quickly cancelled my refi with Mr. Cooper and started the process with Adam Canote. He was kind, helpful, prompt and understanding. I'm beyond happy that we went through Adam Canote and Veterans United. Thank you!!
As I mentioned before overall a great home experience
As a first time home buyer I really appreciate when they say you’re their priority or everything they do is in your best interests mike and his team at VA United really mean it.
I worked with other programs and I was able to determine just who was the best choice. Buying a house is serious business and getting a good deal when you don't have the experience is very scary. There are so many things that could happen in this process and without the proper representation you could get taken. Veterans United covered these doubts and made sure they were kept at bay.
If you want a streamlined and minimal stress home buying experience, VU is the way to go. Our loan specialist, Nate Bitner and real estate broker, Lisa Webb were a top notch dynamic duo. Within 6 weeks we closed on our new home and had ZERO negative experiences. All of our questions were answered, both Nate and Lisa were easy to reach via email, phone or text, and we always knew where we were in the process. I can't praise VU enough for being the EVERYTHING resource we needed.
