When I first heard about using the VA loan, I was scared about making the big jump into buying a home. But I know a lot of people that have used their VA loan, with veterans united and heard plenty of great things about them. And going threw the process of the loan, with veterans united, was easier than what I thought it was going to be. They always kept me in the loop of things, and was very, very quick at getting back to me when I had my questions about my loan, and any documents that I was sending up. If you are unsure if you qualify for a loan, still call them. They will get you on the right track. I called thinking i would never qualify and less than 2 months later we were in our dream home. Veterans United will go out of there way to answer any and all questions you have, they also have a lighthouse program free of charge for veterans to help with getting your credit good enough to get qualified.
Those ladies were a very great help to me with their guidance through the loan application and the To-Do's! I will be eternally grateful for their professionalism. Their attitudes were also noteworthy and very uplifting.
It is not a fast process but they are very detailed and willing to help day or night. We were so excited to close on our forever home.
