I highly recommend to try it , because the process of buying a home sounds very troublesome, but i can guarantee you that veterans united home loans made feel like a stroll in the park.
We have used Veterans United two times now (once when buying our home, and once with a refinance), and both times were great experiences. Kyle Melvin was our loan specialist both times, and he communicated with us through the whole loan process. Kyle helped make the loan process seamless and easy.
When I decided to buy a house with a VA loan, initially, I was working with another well known VA lender that is known for top notch customer service. Perhaps their reputation is not as it once was as the loan specialist took several days to return my calls, was out of the office with no useful information in their VM and a whole host of other issues. My agent had to call a special number to escalate and, afterwards, my assigned loan specialist no longer returned my calls. With great frustration and a tight timeline, I searched online and found Veteran’s United. I took a chance and filled out their form, turned out to be the best decision ever. I was amazed and appreciative for the OUTSTANDING customer service from Dave Stoll and his awesome team at Veteran’s United. I was treated like a VIP and would, highly, recommend this company when in the market for buying a home. I recommend raises for Dave and his whole team!

Tyler's guidance in the Lighthouse Program helped us get our credit scores exactly where we needed them. Scott's reassurance that "everything looks great," and his explanation of the process helped us realize that we were actually in control of how fast this process will take. Austin's follow-up emails and phone calls to be sure we were staying on track allowed us to set a very ambitious closing date that we never had to change. When I went to the title office I felt like I was the one who had made a mistake because I was stilled married. I have been trying to get a divorce for over 8 yrs and I am lucky my ex to be had good credit and pity on me to sign the documentation.
