Everything was great even the rebuilding the credit part
Overall, I thought the process went seamless with minimal problems or concerns. It’s been over 25 years since I purchased my last home and it wasn’t until I started the process that I realized I had much to learn. The tutorials were beneficial and educational. Veterans United staff kept me informed and comfortable throughout the entire process.
I would recommend finding a different company but that’s through my experience good luck

I had seen the venues and heard about Veterans United, but I had never thought about using them for as a lender. I needed to have an idea on what I could be pre-approved for and a couple local lenders didn't answer their phone. I completed a couple questions online and Nick Littrell was calling in a matter of minutes explaining to me what Veterans United was about and what they could offer. Now I'm recommending Veterans United to all my friends.
Everything was great; except I did not like the origination fee of $1650 for a VA loan. All of my previous mortgages did not have this kind of origination fee ($500 at most).
Veterans United is easy to work with and have great rates! Our loan officer was very knowledgeable, easy to get in touch with when we had questions and the process was very timely!
It was a pleasure working with such an amazing team, they were up to date with information and worked very well to get everything together for closing day! Loved the texting feature, specially when you had a question. Questions were answered accordingly! Thank you for helping us !
