Communication was good in the beginning but later it became very difficult to reach anyone by phone. We were able to transfer our flood policy instead of start another policy, which saved us a bunch of money but I feel like this only happened because I asked about it.

VU has been the best home buying experience I have ever had. I will not even worry about looking anywhere else when the time comes to buy another house. The loan teams are extremely helpful and are always available to answer any questions. The ability to send texts to the loan team was a great way to communicate and not have to ply phone tag.

Purchasing a home is stressful the people at Veteran United were knowledgeable about the process which made the journey of securing a loan a pleasant experience because I felt I was in good hands with my loan officer who demonstrated he had my best interest in mind

When I first looked at property in 2015, the process was difficult and stressful. The real estate agent I had at the time would not look into getting a condo or house over $200k (even though my BAH would cover it). I honestly wish I had known about Veterans United in 2015 because their professionalism and patience was beyond my expectations. The team I had were able to adjust and meet the demands required by the seller to close in less then a month.In short, they are professional, quick, and very responsive. I highly recommend them when purchasing your future home!
