Once again, Kyle and his team made my refinance effort smooth and seemingly effortless. I thank Vets United for a job well done.

Andera and her team were very helpful and very fast. I felt like the process was to easy. During the process I kept thinking there has to be more that they need me to do. Great people to work with.

As I was inexperienced in this area they were very patient and hands on with teaching me what’s going on step by step along with the realtor that was put with me

great team....people really care

Excellent customer service. Could bot have asked for a better experience.

Outstanding customer service!! However, the transition process when someone leaves the company needs to be improved.

Great experience. Staff is very knowledgeable in what they do.

Very helpful people. Thank you Alen and Morgan for making my dream come true.

thank you Ute and Alexis!!

The ability to handle a majority of the paperwork via DocuSign and other e-sign software was a major convenience but more face to face would have been nice.

You guys are scaming the veterans , we thought that since this company was ran by a vet. That we would get top knot advice. We were dead wronge, we got the royal shaft . Your agent didn’t help us protect ourself . We didn’t know all the ins and out for home purchase and for what we got we didn’t need him to end up with a $147.000 dump

My wife and I had a horrible loan experience. Nothing was explained to us we had to do all the research on our own.

Our loan officer and transaction coordinator were horrible. They failed to tell us that there would be an extra step in our VA home loan process due to the type of Loan we were using. Also, they failed to tell us we were not good to close on our property until 2 days prior to closing, putting our Ernest money in jeopardy because our financial clause had expired and m the seller didn’t want to sign the extension. Then they failed to tell us there was a 15 day window for the loan to be approved by the VA which meant we had to ask for another extension from the seller and we had to pay a daily rate. Once we got to the closing table, the paperwork wasn’t executed correctly causing delays and even after signing, we were told there were still issues with closing escrow due to his ppwk issues. The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by Colin and his team made this loan process very stressful and costed us more money. I would not recommend Veterans United to my friends or family due to all the issues we encountered.

The underwriting people were terrible. They held up the process until the last day. They had us convinced that we were going to be homeless and they were not going to give us the after we had sold our home and moved to another state, with our home possessions in route to our new home. They took the joy out of moving to a new home. We were making arrangements to have our furniture in storage and started looking for an apartment to rent.
