I think Veteran's United did a great job overall. I prefer a lot of communication for a first time home-buyer, and felt that I wasn't receiving that. Alyssa the transaction coordinator could improve with email/ phone messages responses.Many times I did not receive responses until I called several times.
I worked with Taylor and Ryan. They were always ready to answer any questions I had and were always positive when I was in doubt. They went out of their way to make sure everything went quickly and smoothly. And it did.
I would recommend VU based off my experience with my initial loan officer. She was the differ nice between an underwhelming experience and the best home loan experience I have ever had.
