Loan officer Mike Mange along with the rest of his team to include Austin Kammerich and Libby Enriquez provided the type of service they should be proud of. I would highly recommend this company to all veterans seeking tho purchase a home. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
Highly recommended Very patient with us asking lots of questions, quick with responses knowing we aren’t his only customer. Made sure we closed as soon as possible before the projected closing date! Went out of his way to be there at a different location because it was Closer to us for closing

if you are applying for a VA Loan and have all your paperwork Veterans United is the way to go. They got us a great interest rate and the customer portal for uploading documents made the process easy and convenient.
We have been through the mortgage experience several times over the years with rental properties. This by far was the easiest most streamlined and our first VA mortgage for our forever home. They have an excellent web site where you can always see what they have and what they still need and where we are in the process. We got a rate better than expected and that we love. After the loan was almost finalized we got a wonderful unexpected, personalized gift that was shipped to our door. We felt appreciated for having served! Quick and responsive.. I needed to have by contact completed by a sertain and VU said they would have it done at a great price and a very good rate for the home and they did it

My only feedback is I wished we had more communications about the steps along the way and what to expect for closing with daily estimates on the process.
