There are many options for financing and from what I was told by Eric and his team, the process doesn't stop after the home loan is approved. After so many payments are made, there is an option to refinance the house to either take money out for loan consolidation or to drop the interest rate. When I look at my new home as an investment, I don't see any reason not to take advantage of such an offer to reduce my overall monthly outlay.
