Great experience working with VA United. They were super helpful and worked with me every step of the way.
I am a 71 year old veteran who has never applied for a V.A. loan and Colin's team made the processalmost easy. Having owned several companies during my working life I know how important customer serviceis and Colin's team does an outstanding job. I am truly glad I picked Veterans United for my mortgage needs.
For the first time home buyer they keep you informed and ask all questions in a way that is easily understood.
Highly recommended!!! 5 STARS. Process was simple and fast. Veterans United puts the Veteran ahead of themselves.
I highly recommend using Veterans Untied for all home mortgages. Their process and work flows are fantastic and user friendly. Great platform for home buying experience.
I expected a long process, but was pleasantly surprised when it happened so fast less than 60 days. Leah was patient and accomodating.
The team approach of Veterans United Home Loans make this difficult process work smoothly. The user friendly web site helps with all the paper shuffle and the people are friendly and helpful when i asked questions. Buying this house was happily a great experience.

Mr. Brian’s attention to details, patients with us (his customers) and on time abilities to perform actions in a timely fashion made the overall process a complete success. Would we use and refer Veterans United to others - YES!!
Veterans United was easy to work with and took care of me in the best way. I would recommend them to any veterans buying a home. The website was easy to use and highly intuitive.
I was very impressed with the entire procedure. The entire Veterans United staff was courteous, polite, and informative. Jim High and Ryan Peterson made me feel like they were right by my side the entire time! It was a long process, but they reached out and helped me every step of the way. I want to commend them highly for all their efforts and thoughtfulness. I feel like I am part of the family now!
As a first time home buyer, I didn't know exactly what to expect from the process. I wasn't even sure where to start! I reached out to Veterans United, and I am very happy I did! From the start, my loan specialist Larry McGallagher was very helpful and informative. He explained the entire process from start to finish, offered assistance and guidance through each step, and constantly reached out to me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I never felt any pressure or stress, and I always felt comfortable knowing I could reach out to Larry and Lauren at any time and for any reason. Veterans United made my first time home buying experience very comfortable and extremely satisfying, and I love my new home! Thank you Larry, Lauren, and Veterans United!

I didn't think I would be a home owner. what started out as asking a few questions on where to start in the home buying process quickly turned into getting pre-approval to house hunting to making offers to closing. be upfront, honest, follow the steps and complete the to-do's in a timely manner and you can be living in your own home. something I thought would take me a couple years to get things together happened in 7 months.
My husband was treated horribly when he came home during and after his 3 tours of Viet Nam. As far as I know Ryan Madison was the first person to actually thank him for his service. His sincere respect, compassion, guidance, patience, and understanding helped us get through the process of buying and relocating to Kentucky. He and his staff went so far above and beyond anything we had experienced in trying to buy and finance property we both said several times to each other that the next problem would probably be the deal breaker and that never happened. They have our sincere gratitude for sticking with us through this process and we gladly recommend them to any Vet and family needing a mortgage.
