I got to know Alberto and I always felt confident knowing he was with me. Alberto respected that fact and connected me with Stefanie Snow. It’s amazing to have so many people in one location to take care of you. If I was there in person, I’m sure that they would have offered me some type of refreshment. VU is fast, transparent and there for you all the way. I started my refi with my actual mortgage company and was told to refi at once percent then come back and refi to lower my apr. I contacted VU for a second opinion. Not only did they tell me they were wrong for making have to pull two refi's, but they also beat their APR by over 1 %!
